Abstract

CONSORT flow diagram of eligibility for primary and secondary cohorts. Reasons for ineligibility in the primary cohort were as follows: central nervous system tumors (484 subjects), received only surgical treatment (188 subjects), or unable to be classified by RUCA code (29 subjects). Reasons for ineligibility for the secondary cohort were as follows: initial survivor visit after March 2022 (16 subjects) and age >20 years at 18 months prior to the study end date (114 subjects). 11,506 subjects in the primary cohort able to have distance to clinic calculated. 21,043 patients in the secondary cohort able to have distance to clinic calculated.
