The article examines the nature of the involvement of Altai’s regional graphic art in the sphere of zonal, republican, and all-Union art exhibitions during the 1960s-1980s. The work presents both quantitative (the total number of participants over different periods, the frequency of participation by individual artists) and qualitative analysis (genres, themes, graphic techniques represented, and an overall assessment of the nature of the presentation). The aim of the study is to identify the role of Altai graphic art in the all-Union artistic and exhibition space and to explore the distinctive features of its representation. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that, for the first time, the available catalogue data have been systematized into a comprehensive picture that illustrates the level of participation of Altai easel graphics in the Soviet art context. As a result of the study, several key findings were identified:1) Altai easel graphics were actively represented in major state exhibition projects, thus making a certain contribution to the formation of a unified image of national culture during the 1960s-1980s; 2) the works of Altai graphic artists exhibit a clear focus on depicting the history, culture, nature, and other specific features of the region, setting it apart within the overall panorama of Soviet exhibitions.
