This study aims to examine the implementation of ice breaking as a means of supporting the enthusiasm and motivation of third-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah PK Baturan. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was used. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then validated through triangulation of sources. The results of the study indicate that the application of ice-breaking activities such as singing, clapping, and games can create a more enjoyable and conducive classroom atmosphere, thereby enhancing students' focus, enthusiasm, and motivation to learn. Despite challenges such as time constraints and the passive nature of some students, teachers were able to overcome these obstacles with creative and adaptive strategies. Support from the school principal and positive responses from most students indicate that ice-breaking activities are an enjoyable learning strategy for creating a comfortable learning environment, encouraging active participation, and helping achieve learning objectives. Therefore, ice-breaking activities can be considered a relevant and practical approach in the learning process at elementary schools.
