Efforts that can be made to reduce intervention in midwifery services are implementing holistic midwifery care. Holistic care is care that uses a comprehensive concept so that it can detect early and prevent possible complications that will occur immediately. Midwives as health workers who play a role in maternal and child health are expected to be able to provide care with a holistic understanding of women. The innovation of holistic midwifery care at Citra Sundari Hospital is not yet popular among midwives in Cilegon City. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, motivation, length of service, training, education and age with innovation in holistic midwifery care in midwifery services at Citra Sundari Hospital, Cilegon City. The research population is midwives who work at Citra Hospital. Sundari, totaling 16 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research method was a cross sectional approach with a sample of 16 midwives working at Citra Sundari Hospital. The research results showed that 50% of midwives at Citra Sundari Hospital did not innovate holistic midwifery care, 31.3%) of respondents had insufficient knowledge, 31.3% had a negative attitude, 56.3% did not support it, 25% had a short working period, 37.5 % of midwives did not take part in training. 43.8% had a D3 Midwifery education, 50% were of mature age. There is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitude, education and age of midwives with holistic midwifery care innovation at Citra Sundari Hospital in 2024 and there is no significant relationship between motivation, length of service and training with holistic midwifery care innovation at Ctra Sundarri Hospital in 2024 . The advice given by researchers is that midwives must always follow developments in science either through higher education or through training. Improve holistic midwifery care in Ante Natal Care services for pregnant women with problems or complications so that childbirth can be normal. Support each other in providing holistic midwifery services.
