This study looks at sustainable approaches in e-commerce logistics and supply chains considering the greening issues from the context of online commerce expansion. It involves a qualitiative literature review along with case studies based on systems thinking focused on green logistics, carbon mitigation, and circular economy measures. This analysis shows considerable progress in sustainable packaging, last-mile delivery, and warehousing. It illustrates the impact of information technology and cooperation on sustainability. These findings are useful to e-commerce businesses aiming to achieve eco-friendly practices while maintaining operational efficiency.
