The university student community has become a pivotal carrier of Chinese higher-education development and an increasingly important arena for deepening the “Three-Comprehensive Education” and for ideological-political education. Starting from the realities of China’s universities, this paper clarifies the internal operating logic of “Party-organization embedding → endogenous political function of the university → functional extension of the student community.” It demonstrates the distinctive advantages of deeply integrating university student Party-building with the one-stop student community and shows how this integration accords with China’s national conditions. Taking Party-building among university students in the new era as its entry point, the study constructs a four-dimensional “value–structure–relationship–resource” analytical framework and proposes an integrated pathway for “Party-building leadership” in the one-stop student community.
