It is a tradition for the world community to strive to improve life systems in the direction of improving well-being. To achieve the goal, the intensification of production and globalization are used. However, the production and distribution of products in the global community is characterized by noncompliance of needs and opportunities. Therefore, along with globalization, multipolarity has been intensively developing in the XXI century based on national interests. Due to the consideration of national interests and highly professional leadership, Russia has become one of the four most developed countries in the world. Dynamic work in this direction continues. At the same time, occupational safety issues are of increased concern in almost the entire global community. On this issue, the paper provides an analysis of the total number of people injured annually in 2013–2023. It is noted that despite the positive dynamics, its intensity is insufficient. The forecast for 2024–2028 confirmed previous rates of injury reduction in the previous 10 years, which cannot be considered acceptable and forces the intensification of preventive measures with a set of innovative methods and means.
