The article considers the classification of factors influencing the innovative development of industries of the national economy of Russia. The purpose of the work. The study analyzes external and internal factors, including technological, economic, social and environmental aspects that determine the dynamics and vector of changes in industry. Special attention is paid to the impact of technological transformation processes, such as the transition to digital technologies and the integration of environmentally oriented approaches. Methodology. The research uses methods of historical and economic analysis, theory of industrial and technological balance of the economy, system paradigm, evolutionary and institutional theory, expert and analytical assessments. Results. It can be concluded that the technological transformation of the Russian industry is accompanied by a multi-layered influence of external and internal factors. External factors, such as global technological trends, international competition, and government policy, shape the macroeconomic conditions for innovative growth. At the same time, internal factors, including the level of implementation of new technologies, human resources and resource management, determine the ability of enterprises to adapt to changes. Taking into account the interaction of external and internal factors makes it possible to develop an integration approach that ensures accelerated innovation and increased competitiveness of domestic industrial enterprises. Government support plays an important role in stimulating innovation activity through the introduction of R&D support programs, the development of state industrial policy measures, and the integration of scientific and educational initiatives. However, the transition to a higher technological level is complicated by the limited technological potential and high dependence on the export of natural resources. This requires a systematic approach combining the efforts of the government, business and scientific institutions. Conclusions. For effective innovation management, it is important to take into account the specifics of the impact of external and internal factors, develop new mechanisms for interaction between participants in the innovation process, as well as improve existing government support tools.
