Upper secondary students are in the adolescent phase who need guidance for their careers. The Guidance and Counseling Service Unit (UPBK) at the school is present to help prepare their careers for further study. Good UPBK management is needed to provide optimal service with maximum results. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Malang City is a madrasah that has UPBK with good service, especially in the field of students' careers. From here, research is directed to find out how much influence UPBK management has on the career maturity class XII of state Islamic Senior High School 2 Malang City (MAN 2 Malang City). Using a quantitative approach expost facto method with questionnaire data collection techniques, the study used a sample of 197 class XII students in MAN 2 Malang City. The results of the study show that UPBK management affects career maturity with a statistical value of 17.02 above 1.96. Significant effect with a P-Values score of less than 0.05 which is 0.000 and positive with an original sample value of 0.694 above -1.
