This study looked at emotional exhaustion (EE) as a moderator between perceived job performance (PJP) and work family conflict (WFC) and later employee misplaced aggressiveness in the work and family domains from the perspective of resource-based self-regulation. Additionally, it looked at contextual elements that were related to resources as moderators of these interactions. A theoretical model was examined using information from 200 employees' daily diaries. Reliability test and simple regression model are used here. Data was gathered over the course of 3 months at 4 different intervals throughout each workday. The outcomes of regression analysis mentioned in table showed that work family conflict is significantly and negatively related to PJP. The association between WFC and EE is negative and significant in this table of results from moderation, with a coefficient of -.3797. The coefficient value of EE, which is substantial and negative, is -.1399. This research shows that there is negative impact of WFC on PJP and emotional exhaustion is used as moderator. These results highlight how crucial it is to adopt a self-regulation approach to comprehend WFC and its effects (displaced aggression) in both work and family domains.
