The present work was carried out with the objective of exploring the application of objective civil liability in labor relations, analyzing its legal basis, its practical impacts and the challenges faced in its implementation. By examining current regulations and related court decisions, we aim to assess how this approach contributes to the protection of workers' rights and the promotion of a more equitable work environment. The adoption of strict liability seeks to correct this inequality, providing a more equitable and accessible form of compensation for workers. By ensuring that employees have an efficient means of receiving parts, regardless of proof of guilt, the labor system reinforces protection and justice in the workplace. In summary, civil liability in the Brazilian Civil Code seeks to balance the protection of individuals' rights and the accountability of those who cause harm to others, ensuring adequate and fair compensation for the losses suffered. To advance this research, a literature review was carried out based on bibliographic studies, consultations on websites, doctrines, articles, investigations and legislation.
