This research explores the complexities of BI, focusing on the nuanced balance between maturity and agility. While BI maturity emphasizes optimization and predefined goals, BI agility prioritizes adaptability and responsiveness to changing environments. By uncovering the inherent tensions between these paradigms, this paper advocates for a unified approach to BI development, drawing insights from a comprehensive analysis of scholarly literature and research.Significant findings underscore the influence of organizational culture on BI agility, highlighting the importance of a clear corporate vision, inclusive culture, and effective BI implementation for success.
