Avocado leaves contain phytochemicals namely phenolics and flavonoid compounds that can be used as natural antioxidants. Maceration seeds using 96% ethanol and the obtained extracts were tested for phytochemical and activity tests for avocado leaf ethanol extract at concentrations of 40 ppm, 50 ppm, 60 ppm, 70 ppm and 80 ppm, then body butter was made with a concentration of 2.5%, 5% and 7.5%. Physical stability tests were carried out which included organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, pH tests, dispersion tests and antioxidant activity tests. The results of the antioxidant activity test with absorption measurements on uv-vis spectrophotometry showed that the ethanol extract of avocado leaves had a very active antioxidant activity with an IC?? value of 1.32 ppm. In the preparation F0 yielded a value of 3.30 ppm, F1 with a 2.5% extract concentration of 2.60 ppm, F2 with a 5% extract concentration of 9.6 ppm and F3 with a 7.5% extract concentration of 4.26 ppm. The body butter formula which has very active antioxidant activity with the best stability is formula of F1.
