Rapid technological advances in the modern era have driven significant transformations in payment systems, with digital methods gradually replacing the use of cash. One innovation that is increasingly popular is the digital wallet used by the electronic community (e-wallet), as a form of technology-based service. In the context of technology adoption, usage intention is an important indicator to show the extent to which individuals are willing and interested in adopting the technology. This study aims to explore the extent to which perceptions of ease and benefits influence individuals' intentions to use the LinkAja e-wallet, with user perceptions serving as a mediating factor in this relationship. The method used is an associative approach with a causal relationship design, conducted in the city of Denpasar involving 200 participants. Information was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, which were then analyzed using a descriptive approach and Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach.
