This study aims to analyze the influence of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) management function on improving the performance of PT Socfindo. The POAC management function is an important element in the organizational management process that plays a role in achieving the company's goals effectively and efficiently. The research method used was quantitative with a survey approach, using questionnaires distributed to PT Socfindo employees in Nagan Raya Regency as respondents. Samples were taken using random sampling techniques for 12 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using the Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression to determine the relationship and influence of the POAC management function on company performance. The results of the study show that together the POAC management function has a very significant influence on the improvement of PT Socfindo's performance with a determination coefficient value (R Square) of 0.985 and a significance of 0.000. However, individually, these management functions did not show a statistically significant influence, which may be due to multicollinearity between variables and limited sample size. These findings confirm the importance of integrated and synergistic management of management functions to achieve optimal performance.
