The continuous development of smart grids has made the security issues of wireless communication increasingly prominent. This article builds a security system that integrates defense and monitoring on the basis of a long short-term memory network. The system design is based on a data sharing platform, integrates the existing protection mechanism, and proposes an integrated solution. To verify the performance of the system, three types of tests were carried out: functional, performance, and security. The low orbit ion cannons tool was used to simulate distributed denial of service attacks and evaluate the response performance of the system under different attack intensities, high load testing was carried out through Apache JMeter, and penetration testing was conducted with Metasploit. The results show that when the attack frequency is 500–5000 times/s, the system recognition accuracy remains at 82.2%–96.5%; the blocking rates of structured query language injection and cross-site scripting attacks are 98% and 97% respectively, reflecting strong security protection capabilities.
