Full-time education has been consolidated as a fundamental strategy for improving educational quality in Brazil, especially in the Amazon context, where socioeconomic and geographical challenges demand differentiated pedagogical approaches. This study analyzed the implementation and evolution of full-time education at Abraão Simão Jatene State High School (EEEMTI), located in Cametá, Pará, from 2021 to 2023. The research examined educational indicators, particularly IDEB and SAEB results, as well as impacts on teaching quality and student satisfaction. Using a mixed methodological approach that combined documentary analysis, official statistical data, and literature review, the study revealed that the implementation of full-time education resulted in significant improvements in learning indicators, with an evolution of 11.7 points in Portuguese and 18.99 points in Mathematics in SAEB between 2019 and 2023. The school's IDEB reached 4.3 in 2023, surpassing the national average for public high school education. The results demonstrated that, despite the structural and socioeconomic challenges of the Amazon region, full-time education can be an effective strategy to promote educational equity and improve learning outcomes, provided it is implemented with adequate planning and consistent institutional support.
