The digitalization era has brought about substantial transformations across various facets of business operations, rendering telecommunication services indispensable in supporting nearly all existing business processes. To stay competitive, businesses need to maintain a steady supply of products to satisfy customer needs, take into account customer preferences when choosing suppliers and partners, and continually improve their production methods and supply chain operations based on customer input. This study aims to examine the interrelationships among supply chain management, organizational culture, and organizational innovation, as well as their influence on organizational performance, with competitive advantage positioned as a mediating variable, within the context of PT. XYZ. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving a sample of 512 employees from PT. XYZ. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings demonstrate that supply chain management, organizational culture, organizational innovation, and competitive advantage significantly affect organizational performance, including several mediated effects through competitive advantage. Specifically, competitive advantage is found to mediate the relationship between supply chain management and organizational performance. However, it does not mediate the effects of organizational culture and organizational innovation on organizational performance.
