This observation and commentary provides mentor and mentee perspectives on feminist mentoring in psychology. Consistent with our research lab's focus, we apply a developmental lens in our discussion. Leanna begins with her perspective as a faculty mentor to undergraduate psychology honours students. Her reflections on feminist mentoring emphasise its role in contributing to identity development in her student mentees, as well as her own development. Sally then describes the feminist principles that contributed to her identity development and highlights the value of peers in this process. Next, Lori shares how feminist mentoring shaped her identity and decision-making regarding challenging norm expectations postgraduation. Finally, Michelle reflects on benefits of feminist mentoring for identity development in young women as psychological scientists. The discussion concludes with our collaborative insights on developmental opportunities unique to feminist mentoring for undergraduate psychology honours students.
