The present article is a comprehensive account on the literary Romanian diplomats accredited to Greece. Their personalities and writings of which some were inspired by the Greek sojourn are definitely telling for the history of Greek-Romanian diplomatic relations. Often forgotten or ignored these writers-diplomats who conscientiously observed the interests of their country, were more vocal and recorded to a greater degree and in various manners the impressions left by their missions.
