The report examines the possibility of improving the learning performance of teaching students and primary school students through the use of syncretism of educational performances. Directing as a theory and practice helps students to see „beyond“„ the concrete and search for different points of contact with the educational material mastered in the individual disciplines. It gives another point of view for the expression of creative talents, develops the imagination of stude nts and has a strong socializing function. Through the preparation and implementation of a training performance, the divided knowledge acquires integrity and gives new ways for understanding and applying it in practise and life.
