This scientific work focuses on optimizing information systems using modern technologies in the field of software engineering. The study examines ways to enhance the efficiency of data analysis and management through digital technologies. The research results include practical proposals that can be applied in production processes. This work is of interest and value not only to academics but also to industry professionals. It enables the effective application of modern technologies in implementing innovative approaches. The study analyzes decision support systems based on artificial intelligence (AI) methods (neural networks, expert systems, cloud technologies), hybrid expert systems, and their adaptability to dynamic environments. Additionally, it explores adaptive forecasting technologies and their application in production processes. A hierarchical structure of multi-stage systems has been established, and the optimization of operational control processes utilizing intelligent components has been implemented.
