In today’s highly competitive and data-centric organizational landscape, Human Resource Analytics (HRA) has emerged as a strategic asset for optimizing talent acquisition, particularly in the dynamic information technology (IT) sector. This study explores the influence of HRA on critical facets of recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening efficiency, hiring quality, and recruitment cost-effectiveness. A quantitative research methodology was employed, involving responses from 120 HR professionals across IT organizations, with data analyzed through multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate a statistically significant and positive relationship between the active use of HR analytics and improvements in hiring efficiency and talent quality. Interestingly, concerns related to data privacy also showed a constructive influence, suggesting that attention to ethical data practices may enhance strategic decision-making. In contrast, high implementation costs did not exhibit a significant effect on analytics-driven hiring success, indicating that non-financial factors such as organizational readiness and digital maturitymay present more substantial adoption challenges. These insights affirm the transformative role of HRA in modern recruitment and emphasize the importance of investing in governance structures and analytical capabilities to maximize its potential within the IT sector.
