Competent communication between a doctor and a patient is one of the most important aspects of high-quality medical care. Effective communication helps improve the quality of consultations, increase patient satisfaction and preserve the emotional resources of specialists. We have developed and implemented a local educational module "Communication Skills with Patients" for employees of the multidisciplinary medical center "UMMC-Health". The center's development plan includes systematic training in effective communication in medicine for all specialists, which is more than 700 doctors and 400 nurses.
