PHILADELPHIA — In the midst of all the change and challenges facing higher education, it's common for student affairs professionals to feel like they’re running from the most urgent pressing task to the next, leaving little time to intentionally focus on strategizing for the future. It's a conundrum all‐too‐familiar to Lynn Akey, Ph.D., Chancellor at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. But she's found a better way, which she discussed in her presentation at the Society for College and University Planning's annual conference.
