Synergy of Teachers and Parents as Motivators in Shaping Student Morals

Poor student morals can be found in several factors, namely, the influence of social media, technological disturbances, problems in the family, etc. So to overcome this, it is necessary to have cooperation between teachers and parents in terms of educating, motivating, and parents. So to overcome this, it is necessary to have cooperation between teachers and parents in terms of educating, motivating, and modeling good morals or akhlakul karimah. Like the 4 characteristics or morals of the Prophet, namely Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the cooperation between teachers and parents as a driving force in the formation of student morals and the elements that influence. This research is a descriptive qualitative research involving teachers and parents as the subjects. In this study, observation, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data.
