The aim of this research is to analyze and describe Farmer Empowerment through Farmer Group Associations (GAPOKTAN) in Dukuhsari Village. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an approach through observation and interviews and uses primary and secondary data types. The results of the research show that first, the welfare indicators of farmers in the Dukuhsari Village environment have been able to fulfill basic needs. Second, the indicators of access The farmers in Dukuhsari Village have made good use of the potential resources available. Third, the Critical Awareness indicator can be proven by farmers who already have awareness of the required needs. Fourth, participation indicators found that farmers, farmer groups and GAPoktan play a very important role in direct involvement in every process of managing and empowering farmers in Dukuhsari Village. Fifth, control indicators where community control has been realized in the Dukuhsari Village environment.
