One of the fundamental problems that occurs among Muslims is the increasing level of young Muslims who are still less able to read and write the Quran properly and correctly. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe how Al-Quran learning strategies improve the quality of students' Al-Quran reading in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research location used in this research is the Bangsal Islamic Boarding School. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation methods and data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis. The research results show that the Al-Quran learning strategy using the At Tahsin approach to improve the quality of students' Al-Quran reading at the Bangsal Islamic Boarding School is carried out with a leveling strategy consisting of 3 classes, namely reading class 1, reading class 2, and reading class 3 with recitation material.
