Improving learners cognitive abilities during learning activities, this research create reliable and effective technology-based interactive learning media. Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation components of ADDIE research model, which used in research and development method. Grade IV students MI Darul Hikmah the research subjects. Observation, questionnaires, pre-test,post-test, and documentation are data collection methods used. This interactive learning media validated material, media, and language experts. If there shortcomings or recommendations from experts, then the shortcomings must corrected according experts recommendations. The results showed development of interactive learning media had percentage material validity 83%, percentage media validity 80%, and percentage language validity 80%. According results t-test analysis, pre-test value 71.40, while the post-test value 81.26. Thus, it be concluded Ho rejected Ha accepted because sig value. (2-tailed) or test 1 0.00, which means ≤ 0.05. Thus, interactive learning media considered feasible and be tested on grade IV students MI Darul Hikmah.
