Abstract

BR-cpd7 suppresses tumor cell proliferation. A, KATO III cells were treated with BR-cpd7 or BGJ398 for 5 days. Cell proliferation was assessed with CellTiter-Glo (n=3 replicates). B, Immunoblot analysis of FGFR2 and PARP in KATO III cells after 40 h of incubation with BGJ398, BR-cpd7 or BR-cpd7 NC at 10, 100 or 1000 nM (n=3 replicates).
