The article aimed to examine the conduct of owners and employees and comprehend their perspectives and responses to quality management. The analysis focused on key areas of quality management in beauty, cosmetology, and hairdressing salons. It utilised survey data from owners, employees, and customers. These areas included strategic communication, communication of changes and innovations, personal development of employees, quality management system, and consistency of services provided by employees. The survey data confirms the influence of practices on customer satisfaction and provides insights into enhancing service quality, fostering customer loyalty, and improving company competitiveness.
