Abstract Introduction Participants of this presentation will have the opportunity to learn about a 5-part engagement plan to redevelop an enterprise-wide physician well-being framework and roadmap by incorporating the organization’s culture, identity, and experience into a data-driven approach to understanding burnout indicators and their underlying key factors. Methods These efforts are showcased through the assembly of a brand campaign and communication plan. 1. Discovery Our physician group harnesses historical administrative data to identify and map local strategies, programs, services, and other activities to create meaningful change. 2.Benchmarks A review of literature and current practices, and knowledge exchange with subject matter experts provided us with immeasurable understanding of lessons. 3.Assessment Focus groups are conducted with key stakeholders from locations, service lines, and departments across the health system. 4.Design Our Well-Being Committee created a task force made up of key internal stakeholders, with the intention to support efforts mitigating risk factors, with the hopes to improve overall satisfaction among the workforce it serves. 5.Activation of partnerships to lead the re-designing of a new front-facing dashboard, messaging, and other material. Results and discussion The redevelopment plan has already begun to yield results, observing significant increase in engagement and programmatic participation among physicians. We have created a conceptual framework to align with our strategy, reflecting the physician’s needs and the organizational culture, and designed an operational framework to assign accountability and measurement. Conclusion Programs to improve physician’s intellectual, occupational, social, personal, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being will continue to be evaluated, improved, and developed under our long-term strategy.
