Adhesive capsulitis (AC) causes a spontaneous onset of discomfort and a progressive loss of shoulder mobility among type II diabetic patients. These patients experience severe loss of shoulder function, which impairs their day-to-day tasks and requires immediate care. According to scientific evidence, Gong's mobilization has an immediate effect on improving shoulder mobility. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Gong's mobilization along with conventional physiotherapy in order to reduce pain and enhance the range of motion (ROM).
