Introduction median (IQR) age 17.8 years (15.5, 20.3), T1D duration 10.9 years (9,11), HbA1c 7.3% (7.2, 8.4), BMI 30.3 kg/m2 (28.6, 31.7), and weight 81.1 kg, (77.3, 90.8). Median treatment time was 10 months (6, 12). GLP-1s were well tolerated (33% GI complaints) and most AYAs had improved MetM across all domains (Figure 1). Conclusion: GLP-1 use among AYA with T1D was well-tolerated and associated with improved metabolic measures in a real-world setting. Randomized controlled trials assessing long-term clinical efficacy are warranted. Disclosure N. Shacham: None. J. Ilkowitz: None. C.R. Stein: None. M. Gallagher: None.
