ABSTRACT Rhinosporidiosis is a chronic granulomatous disease caused by Rhinosporidium seeberi , that affects mostly nasal and nasopharyngeal mucosa. Occurrence at extranasal sites such as cutaneous, subcutaneous, and bone is extremely rare. We hereby report a very rare case of disseminated rhinosporidial osteomyelitis.
