The article is devoted to the analysis of labor organization indicators in sectors of the na-tional economy with a chemical factor of the production environment. The concepts of working conditions and the chemical factor of production are considered. The spheres of activity for which the impact of the chemical factor of production on workers is most characteristic are identified. Such indi-cators as labor productivity; the state of labor conditions and safety at the enterprise, the level of occupational morbidity; the amount of wages and its dynamics; the state of labor discipline; the availability of state guarantees and compensation to employees are studied. The most problematic issues of labor organization have been identified, and directions for the subsequent development of measures to minimize them have been identified.
