The article analyzes the issues related to the procedure of excluding information about apartment buildings (AB) from the register of licenses and the subsequent termination of the management companies (MCs). The legal uncertainties and differences in the interpretation of housing legislation, which cause difficulties in regulating relations between management companies and owners of premises, are considered. The critical need for developing and implementing effective mechanisms to simplify the process of attracting and selecting management companies, as well as strengthening control over the quality of services provided, is highlighted. The article analyzes court decisions and resolutions, which reflect the complexities of law enforcement in this area, and suggests ways to solve emerging problems to protect the rights and interests of residents.
