The main aim of the present study is to show the effect of unilateral measures taken by the collective West on domestic large, medium and small businesses, including individual entrepreneurs. Considering this aim, the present paper is focused on a number of tasks: (1) to show distinct legal means to exclude the negative effect of sanctions through information non-disclosure; (2) to reflect the solution of the problem of the Russian market left by foreign manufacturers of the equipment and materials, which was proposed by the Russian state for the key industries; (3) to consider the main risks of foreign equipment acquisition in Russia; (4) to reveal the risks of domestic business connected with opening of representative offices abroad; (5) to reflect features of entering into distinct types of transactions by domestic companies controlled by unfriendly states’ companies; (6) to consider the risks connected with payment of dividends in unfriendly states; (7) to show main features of entering into distinct international commercial transactions in terms of sanctions. The methodological basis of the study is dialectical, systemic and modeling method.
