Our research highlights the importance of aligning financial accounting education with global industry requirements to better prepare students for the competitive international job market. The findings and recommendations presented in this study serve as a valuable resource for educators and policymakers striving to enhance the quality and relevance of financial accounting education in the era of international integration.
