Purpose: This study explores the mediating role of parental satisfaction in the relationship between the attributes parents consider when selecting swimming pools for their preschool children and their intentions to continue using the facility. It aims to provide insights into the factors that influence parental choices and satisfaction.BR Method: Data were collected from 287 parents of children attending swimming pools. Analyses included frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Additionally, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were performed using the AMOS 26.0.BR Results: First, the selection attributes of the children's swimming pool were found to have a significant impact on parents' satisfaction. Second, the design features of the children's swimming pool were found to significantly influence visitors' intention to return. Third, parental satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to continue the behavior. Lastly, parental satisfaction was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between children's swimming pool selection attributes and intention to continue behavior.BR Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that in order to attract children to the swimming pool, various marketing activities should be conducted to ensure easy access to information. These activities should focus on programs that include sub-factors identified in this study, such as leadership, facilities, accessibility, and cost. Second, the choice of a children's swimming pool is within the authority of parents, indicating that the higher the parental satisfaction, the more consistent the behavior. The continuous operation of specialized programs that meet parents' expectations should be maintained.
