Analysis of Legal Regulation of a Retail Purchase and Sale Agreement by Remote Method and Problem Issues when Considering Disputes of Its Termination

Discusses the contract of remote retail sale, as well as a number of problems of judicial practice. In addition, the provisions of the current legislation in the field of distance trading, relevant at the time of the study, are analyzed. The judicial practice on issues related to the resolution of civil law disputes on the termination of a concluded retail purchase agreement on large Russian online trading platforms has been studied. As a result of the analysis of the materials of judicial practice, the problems arising when consumers apply for replacement of goods, termination of the contract are formulated, and possible methods of their solution are proposed.
