In order to effectively solve the problem of mechanical shock in the process of electric power construction, a fast warning system of safe distance in electric power construction based on LiDAR is designed. The hardware part of the system includes multi-line Lidar, wireless RTK positioning device, host computer and early warning device. The multi-line lidar is used to measure the distance data of the electric power construction surface, and the three-dimensional model of the construction scene is quickly constructed. The real-time position data of the moving machinery is collected through the wireless RTK positioning module installed in the near electrical position of the machinery. Through wireless transmission of integrated model and near electric point position data, the host computer realizes real-time judgment of safe distance through coordinate transformation, distance calculation, threshold judgment and other links, and the early warning device receives the early warning signal and sends out sound and light early warning. Field tests show that the system can realize rapid modeling of construction environment, cope with diverse construction environments, and when construction machinery is near the power equipment, within the set early warning distance, it can alarm in real time, effectively ensuring the safety of machinery near the power construction.
