Modern socio-economic and geopolitical realities cannot but provoke a reaction from the state, which is manifested in a complex system of economic, political, organizational, legal and other measures aimed at overcoming challenges and threats of a worldview nature. And in legal science in recent decades, interest in issues of worldview has steadily increased due to the objective need to form a reliable and effective legal support for the construction of national security. Of particular importance are issues of a worldview nature for education as a social institution that creates the foundation for safe socio-economic development in modern society, since it is education that is designed to translate socially significant experience in various forms through the system of specialized institutions in order to ensure the continuity of generations. Accordingly, modern educational strategies, technologies and institutions should be built in such a context that will ensure the most reliable translation of the «worldview code».
