The process of combating migration crime in the modern political and legal realities of the development of the Russian Federation is of particular relevance, which, among other things, is due to the influx of criminally minded migrants from some states. Thus, develop new approaches and measures to control illegal migration, including to prevent them from committing crimes. At the same time, the reverse side of this problem lies in the fact that an increased flow of migration flows in order to identify criminally minded migrants can cause a public outcry from law-abiding foreigners performing a labor function on the territory of the Russian Federation.
