Caesarean section can cause a high level of anxiety, thereby affecting recovery and the quality of care provided. Not many studies have examined the effect of Qur'anic Murotals on the anxiety level of pre-SC patients. Murotal Qur'an is a complementary therapy and can reduce anxiety. . Method; Quantitative quasiexperiment with a one-group pre-post experimental design approach. The subjects of this research were 30 elective mothers using the accidental sampling method. The independent variable is the application of Murotal Quran therapy, and the dependent variable is the level of anxiety in pre-SC patients. Using the PASS anxiety instrument, Wilcoxon test analysis with significance α ≤ 0.05. Results; obtained p value = 0.000 where there was an effect after being given the intervention so that the level of anxiety decreased by 4.375. Conclusion; AlQur'an murotal therapy has an effect in reducing anxiety in pre-SC patients. T
