Good archive management is one of the supports in public s ervice activities to the community, ideally good archives are archives that are managed based on the principles of the ANRI. This study aims to create good archive management and in accordance with the standards of the ANRI which affect the course of government activities in Kalidawir Village. The research method in this study is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews and observations with village officials, then the data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. This research shows that archive management starting from archive management in Kalidawir Village is not in accordance with the standards of the ANRI. This is influenced by human resource factors related to the ability of archivists and awareness of village officials as well as inadequate infrastructure factors.
