One of the neoplasms of adolescence is the determination of one'sown future, that is, it is at this age that the processes of selfdeterminationand self-creation begin to develop. Growing into culture, including the moral culture of society, is important for this age period. In this direction, two lines are interwoven – on the one hand, independence, freedom, self-creation, on the other – subordination ofone's own behavior to the moral norms of society, development ofmoral values. The formation of the value of the moral autonomy of adolescents isbased on a number of prerequisites, among which are thedevelopment of thinking, the formation of argumentation skills, theability to perceive, apply and evaluate relevant moral norms, a systemof moral actions; the development of emotionality, a sense ofsatisfaction from free moral action; accumulation of experience ofmoral action in a social environment; the ability to evaluate the moralnorms of the environment, its influence on the moral autonomy of theindividual. In view of this, the article emphasizes the need to create and justifypedagogical conditions for the formation of the value of the moralautonomy of adolescents in the conditions of public organizations. Thevalue component of autonomy, the structure of the social situation ofadolescent development is also characterized, and it is proved that theformation of the value of moral autonomy of adolescents should bebased on certain principles of constructivism within the framework ofthe formation of moral autonomy of adolescents under the conditionsof public organizations. It has been proven that for teenagers, thenorm of development is the perception of their thoughts, beliefs andattitudes as more "correct" than the opinions of others.
