The paper aims to optimize the functional area layout of Weihai cold chain logistics base. On the basis of the functional positioning of the cold chain logistics base, the paper optimizes the layout of the functional area and determines the relative position of each functional interval by the design of the specific functions of the cold chain logistics base. At the same time, the system layout planning method (SLP) is used to analyze the correlation degree of logistics relationship and nonlogistics relationship of each functional interval, and explore the possibility of optimal design of the base. By constructing the system layout model of Weihai international cold chain logistics base, using the SLP method to optimize the design, clarifying the layout points and principles of each functional area, and putting forward the corresponding layout scheme, so as to make the facility layout of the base more scientific, reasonable, efficient and economic. This paper analyzes the practical feasibility and effect of the optimized design scheme, and provides useful reference and support for the development of Weihai cold chain logistics base.
