The impact of a proposed training program in the development of some basic physical skills handball skills

The aim of the research is to prepare a training program to develop the fitness qualities suitable for the research sample. And to know the impact of the training program on some fitness qualities in the research sample. Also know the impact of the training program on some basic skills of handball in the research sample. The researcher used the experimental method. The sample of the research was chosen in a deliberate manner. They were a group of players from the team of the Faculty of Basic EducationMustansiriya University in Handball, where there were 14 players. The tests were carried out and the proposed training program was applied for 8 weeks at 5 units per week. The variables were adjusted during the experiment and the tests were carried out. The most significant findings were significant differences in all physical tests. The most important recommendations were to emphasize the importance of raising the level of physical fitness of players in order to raise the level of skill and the emphasis on the need for continuous training of players and non-interruption in order to raise their level of physical and skill.
