Objectives: The current research aims to identify learning methodologies that can be implemented with children in the pre-school and elementary education stages, and to explore the differences between these methodologies and the project-based learning approach. It also seeks to determine the advantages of the project-based approach in developing various developmental skills in children from both stages. Method: The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. Results: The results confirmed the effectiveness of project-based learning in developing multiple skills in children at the pre-school and elementary stages, such as communication, collaboration, self-confidence, and problem -solving. It also emphasized the impact of project work on improving future academic performance. Conclusion: The research concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals and highlighted the importance of applying the project-based learning approach with children, as it enhances their social, emotional, and academic development.
